This is a world class viewing area for migratory birds and waterfowl. Binoculars and cameras will come in handy as you search for birds, marine mammals such as harbour seals and sea lions as well as beavers and muskrats.
The Kat Kruiser is a former Canadian Coast Guard rescue craft. With its water-jet drive and turbo diesel engine we can take this open boat almost anywhere we can take our kayaks. Well, almost anywhere… Adventurers will be provided with all safety equipment as required by Canadian Coast Guard regulations. Dress for the weather — in the summer months hats, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended.
